With a diverse background spanning engineering, operations leadership, entrepreneurship, and real estate investment, I bring a unique skill set to helping clients buy, sell, and evaluate property.

Earlier in my career, I worked in facilities, utilities, production, and manufacturing within the semiconductor industries, serving in both technical and managerial roles with Fortune 100 companies. My experience includes leadership in project management, forecasting, inventory control, equipment systems, preventative maintenance, and customer service while working with culturally diverse teams around the world.

After years in corporate leadership, I founded and built one of Idaho’s leading real estate digital marketing companies, helping top agents present their listings through professional photography, drone aerials, floor plans, 3D walkthroughs, and video marketing. The company became a trusted resource for agents looking to showcase properties at the highest level. After successfully building and selling the business, I transitioned fully into real estate.

In addition to working with many of the region’s top agents, I have built and managed my own real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, and short-term rental properties. Several of these properties required full restorations, which I personally managed and participated in—giving me valuable insight into construction, renovation planning, and the true potential of fixer-upper opportunities.

I also passed the examination to become a residential appraiser and spent time working alongside a licensed appraiser. This experience provides me with a deeper understanding of property valuation, comparable sales, and the factors that influence market value.
